Information
Psyllium and Apple Pectin is a combination of substances designed to gently cleanse the
gastrointestinal tract and support normal bowel movements - i.e. aid colon cleansing.
Psyllium husks are known to assist with the cleansing of the large
intestine by helping to remove putrefactive toxins and helping to
regulate effective bowel movements i.e. alleviate constipation. Psyllium
husks absorb fluid within the digestive tract, so helping to
"bulk-out" the stool, reducing the density of faeces, and so
making the muscular contractions of the bowel more effective in propelling matter through.
Pectin (from apple pectin) helps to break down the build up of mucus and binds to various
toxic metals - mercury, lead etc. Pectin is also another good source of
fibre. It has the ability to form a gel which can bind water and
toxins together, thus also bulking the stool and carrying the toxins out of the body.
Charcoal, acts a little like a sponge, absorbing toxins and allowing
them to be carried from the body.
Goldenseal may help to inhibit the formation of toxins produced in the bowel
from the putrefaction of undigested protein in the bowel.
Vitamin C and magnesium are important nutrients in the regulation of
effective bowel contractions.
Contains additional Lactobacillus acidophilus to help maintain a healthy balance of intestinal flora.

Intake
Six capsules 2 times daily with at least 12oz of water,
