Information
Quercetin is found to be one of the most active flavonoids, with many medicinal
plants owing a high percentage of their activity to their high quercetin
content. It is probably most well known for its powerful antioxidant action.
Quercetin has demonstrated significant anti-inflammatory activity, for example,
it discourages both the production and release of histamine and other allergic/inflammatory
advocates within the body. More recent studies have also demonstrated the
