Ostera is an exciting and innovative complex which helps to support
bone health in post menopausal women.
Ideal for healthy women who have experienced natural menopause
(>50 years), women who have experienced premature menopause
(<45 years), or women of any age with low oestrogen levels.
Features botanical extracts of hops and berberine to support healthy
bone turnover and bone formation.
Works well in combination with bone mineral formulas such as the
Cal Apatite with Magnesium.
Also contains vitamins D and K for healthy bone mineralization.
